Southwark Council with the help of the developer British Land try to grab the
land of a Green Corridor to replace Seven Islands Leisure Centre in order to
use its land for development.

This part of our document compares our
Seven Islands Leisure Centre situation generated by Southwark Council with a
mirror Leisure Centre in Tower Hamlets where there really has been a policy of
care for the wellbeing of the population and the facility has been kept in good
working order and sport activity has been promoted.
